Mr. Dogg, this is an open invitation for you to contact me and discuss your trademark problem with Kristyn Heath. I don’t want to talk to your attorneys. I did not talk to Kristyn’s and I don’t want to escalate the legal side of the issue. I have great respect for attorneys and the value they provide, but in this case I am not convinced their involvement is helping the situation.
You are a father; you are a business person. If you believe my post is wrong about you, this is an open invitation for you to say so. If I don’t hear from you I will conclude that either: (1) this isn’t that important of a subject to you; or (2) you ain’t got nothin’ to say.
Whatever you do, I hope you’ll reconsider your approach to your dispute with Kristyn’s company.
